Crazy earring.

I stumbled upon this earring design. I kind of stopped for a while for a better look. And honestly, I'm a little too confused. I thought it was a molar tooth for a second and I was like, who would do that? But then I then realized that it's some sort of a star fish or star whatnot. I'd better not wear this.
