I love how flowy it looks. Like, some legit cute skirt. I guess back then, people really wear skirt to kind of wear comfortable clothing and stuff. But some skirt these days are very stiff and I guess that defeats the purpose. Or you know maybe people are just trying to look cute. But anyways.
